Jennifer Isso graduated from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degreee in Elementary Education with an emphasis in middle school math and science. She then worked as a middle school math teacher for three years and  in the meantime obtained a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. Jennifer worked in journalism for a short period of time and then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law to obtain her Juris Doctor. After law school, Jennifer worked as a civil litigation attorney. She is an aggressive attorney who goes above and beyond for her clients. During her free time, Jennifer enjoys playing racquetball and spending time with her family. 

Michael V. Hughes graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service with a focus on International Economics. He attended Columbia University School of Law and was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar as he graduated top of his class.  After graduating law school, Michael worked for McDermott Will & Emery, a well-known Chicago civil litigation firm. He then worked as a Judicial Law Clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois which is one of the most important Bankruptcy Courts in the country. Michael then came out west and worked for civil litigation firms in Las Vegas until he decided to open his own law firm.
